Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and saving their downloaded files. If a delivery email does not arrive, please check spam and promotional folders before contacting us for assistance.
All Digital-Product Sales Are Final
Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable content, all digital-product purchases are final and nonrefundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the material. If you are charged more than once or experience a verified technical problem that prevents access, contact us so we can help. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Personal-Use License
Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal use. You may download and print a copy for yourself.
